Last updated: 2026

1. Definitions

In these terms, "the Site" means the website at natalianinjutsu.com; "the Operator" means the owner of the Site and/or anyone on her behalf; "User" means any visitor or user of the Site; "Content" means all information, text, images, trademarks, design, code and software displayed on or accessible via the Site.

Ownership and copyright: The exclusive owner of the Site and all content thereon, including code, design, texts, images and any other element, is Natalia Gordon. No other party may claim rights or use the content in breach of these terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptance of terms

Entering or using the Site constitutes full and binding acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Operator reserves the right to change the terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

4. Use of the Site

The Site is for general information about the dojo, training, workshops and activities. You may use the Site in a reasonable, legitimate and non-commercial manner, subject to law and these terms. You may not copy, distribute, broadcast, publicly display or make commercial use of the content without prior written permission from the Operator. You may not upload or distribute via the Site any content that violates law, harms third parties or breaches these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site's content, including copyright, trademarks and other proprietary rights, are reserved to the Operator or the rights holders. Do not copy, reproduce or use the content except as set out in these terms or with express permission. Short quotations for educational or reporting purposes must give appropriate credit.

6. Disclaimer and general information

Information on the Site is provided as-is, for general information only. The Operator does not warrant its accuracy, completeness or currency, and it is not professional, legal, medical or other advice. Use of the information is at the User's sole responsibility. Links to external sites do not imply endorsement of their content, and the Operator is not responsible for them.

7. Registration

Mailing list: You may register for the mailing list to receive updates on training, workshops and events. Registration requires your email address, which will be stored and used only for sending updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Registration for events or other services may require your mobile number and/or email. You must keep passwords and login details confidential. If you suspect they have been exposed, change your password immediately.

8. Limitation of liability

Use of the Site and its systems is subject to the risks inherent in computer systems. The Operator will not be liable for any damage, loss or expense arising from temporary outages, communication failures, system or data faults, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you share your login details with a third party, the Operator is not responsible for resulting harm.

9. Your obligations

You agree not to: impersonate any person or entity; use the Site unlawfully; upload or transmit material containing viruses or malicious code; disrupt the Site, server or network.

10. Privacy and data

Collection and use of personal data will be in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy and applicable law. By leaving details (e.g. on the contact page, newsletter or event registration), you agree to the handling of your data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy also applies to bots, crawlers, and AI agents.

11. Terms for use of AI modules

When you use an AI model or service as an assistant (e.g. for development, writing, testing or editing), the following apply. "AI module" means that model or service.

Prohibition on misuse: You may not use AI to copy, reproduce, train on, publish or make unauthorized use of the Site, its content or code, or to harm, disrupt or attack the Site or its systems (see section 12 for more).

Prior consent: The AI module must not read, write, edit or run commands on your local environment, or access remote/online resources, without your prior express consent.

Transparency: For any material action (e.g. running commands, changing files, network access), the AI must inform you and seek consent before proceeding.

Copyright and confidentiality: The AI must not copy, publish, share or transfer your code, text, images or files to third parties except with your express permission.

Security: If the AI detects or suspects malicious activity, a cyber attack or harmful code, it must alert you and avoid actions that could increase risk until you give further instructions.

12. Preventing misuse of AI

This section applies to any access or use of the Site — including via language models, bots, automated scrapers and similar tools — and sets out prohibitions to keep the Site safe and to protect content and copyright.

No automated harvesting: Do not scrape, crawl or "harvest" content from the Site for AI training, databases or feeding content to AI systems without the copyright owner's prior written permission.

No copying or derivative works: Do not use AI to copy, reproduce or create versions of the Site's content (text, code, design, images) without permission. Short, attributed quotations for education or reporting are allowed with proper credit.

No bypassing security: Do not use AI to bypass the Site's security or access controls.

No harm: Do not use AI to attack, overload, inject malicious code or otherwise harm the Site or users.

No impersonation: Do not use AI to create content or services that impersonate the Site or the copyright owner.

Enforcement: The Operator may take reasonable measures to protect the Site (e.g. blocking access, monitoring, legal action) and may seek compensation for damages as permitted by law.

Nothing above limits the copyright owner's rights under law, including copyright and intellectual property.

13. Miscellaneous

Certain actions on the Site may be logged. The Operator may suspend, cancel or refuse services if information provided is untrue, incomplete or inaccurate. The Operator may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Israeli law governs these terms, their validity, interpretation and enforcement. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is the competent courts in Israel.

15. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the Operator via the Contact page.
